The review gap: solicitors and Google reviews
Solicitors are rated almost as well as estate agents. Where they really lag is review volume.
The typical UK solicitor office has 25 Google reviews. The typical estate agency office has 62. Ratings are close, 4.34 against 4.41, but 20% of solicitor offices have no Google profile we could find.
Clients judge a firm by what they can see. A rating of 4.5 from 12 reviews tells a client far less than 4.5 from 300, and search engines and AI assistants weigh volume and recency the same way.
